Power Distribution Switch
GMB51001 is an integrated 108mΩ power switch for self-powered and USB power applications. Several Protection features include current limiting with foldback, and thermal shutdown to prevent catastrophic switch failure caused by increasing power dissipation when continuous heavy loads or short circuit occurs. And a built-in the N-channel MOSFET that is free of parasitic body diode to eliminate any reversed current flow across the switch when it is powered off.
OC is open-drain output report over-current or over-temperature event and has typical 9ms deglitch timeout period.
GMB71002 Remote and local temperature sensor with SMBus serial Interface
GMB71002 is a precise digital thermometer that reports the temperature of both a remote sensor and its own package. The remote sensor is a diode-connected transistor typically 2N3904. Remote accuracy is ±1°C with no calibration needed. It also has a build-in noise filtering function in remote sensor measuring the diode temperature.
2-wire serial interface accepts standard system management Bus (SMBus) Write Byte, Read Byte, Send Byte, and Receive Byte commands to program the alarm thresholds and to read temperature data.
G9191-475 300mA Low-Dropout Linear Regulators
G9191 is a low supply current, low dropout linear regulator that comes in a space saving SOT-23package. These devices feature a shutdown function and are offered in active low with auto discharge. The G9191 is specifically designed to employ ceramic output capacitors. The over-current protection limit is set at 430mA. An over temperature protection circuit is built-in in the G9191 to prevent thermal overload. These power saving features make the G9191 ideal for use in the battery-powered applications such as notebook computers, cellular phones, and PDA’s.
